About this tool
Profile pictures, marketplace listings and application forms often ask for an image of a specific size. Enter the width and height you need, or scale by a percentage, and the resizer redraws your image at that size with smooth resampling.
Keep the aspect-ratio lock on to avoid stretching. Turn it off when a form insists on exact dimensions. Everything happens on your device, so your image is not uploaded anywhere.

Resizing without surprises
Know the size you need
Square social posts are commonly 1080 × 1080 pixels and full-HD screens 1920 × 1080. Check what the site asks for so you only resize once.
Crop to change the shape
Resizing keeps the picture's shape. To turn a wide photo into a square, crop it in Image Studio first, then resize it.
Keep the lock on
Leave the aspect-ratio lock on unless a form insists on exact dimensions; otherwise faces and text get squashed or stretched.
